1. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance amending Title 9 (Traffic Regulations)
Chapter 12 (Golf Carts and Utility Terrain Vehicles) Section 2 (Vehicle
Requirements) providing for the vehicle requirements for the use and
regulations of Golf Cars and utility terrain vehicles within the City of Canton,
Fulton County Illinois. (2nd Reading)
2. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance establishing salaries for elected
officials of the Municipality who will assume office May 2, 2017. (2nd reading)
3. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving a cable television franchise
agreement between the City of Canton and Comcast of Illinois/Indiana/Ohio,
LLC and directing the Mayor, or his designee to execute and deliver said
agreement on behalf of the City of Canton, Illinois.
4. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance establishing regulations for
solicitation on public ways. (1st Reading)
5. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving a real estate purchase
agreement with Royal Hospitality LLC
6. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance approving and authorizing the
execution of a redevelopment agreement by and between the City of Canton
and Royal Hospitality, LLC. (1st Reading)
