ORDINANCE
SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR
JUNIOR DALLEFELD and AGNES DALLEFELD
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of
Canton, Illinois, that JUNIOR DALLEFELD and AGNES DALLEFELD,
have petitioned for a Special Use Permit pursuant to Title 10,
Chapter 17, Section 7, of the City Code of the City of Canton;
and
IT FURTHER APPEARING to said City Council that the
property for which the Special Use Permit is requested is
located at 565 North 12th Avenue, in the City of Canton, Illinois,
and is currently in a zoning configuration of R-2; and
IT FURTHER APPEARING to said City Council that the Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission of the City of Canton has held a
public hearing on said Petition for Special Use Permit on the
8th. day of January, 1982, and has found that it is deemed
necessary for the public interest and convenience at ghat
location that the Special Use Permit be allowed in the R-2
zoning configuration to allow the use of said real estate with
improvements for a home occupation ceramics class, subject
to the following specific restrictions:
1. No class larger than 7 persons and classes not
being held more frequently than 3 times per week.
2. No enlargement of the physical structure for
business purposes.
3. No sales to the general public.
THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the
City of Canton, Illinois:

Section 1. That JUNIOR DALLEFELD and AGNES DALLEFELD
be granted a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Title 10,
Chapters Section 3 of the City Code of the City of Canton,
Illinois, to be issued by the Zoning Administrator upon passage
of this ordinance, subject to the terms and conditions herein-
after mentioned pursuant to Title 10, Chapter 17, Section 7(d)
of the City Code of the City of Canton:
1. No class larger than 7 persons and classes not
being held more frequently than 3 times per week.
2, No enlargement of the physical structure for
business purposes.
3, No sales to the general public. Off-street parking
to be provided incident to such special use.
Section 2, That this permit shall not be transferable.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in effect from
and after a majority vote of the City Council of the City of
Canton, Illinois, and approved by the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by a majority vote of the City Council of
the City of Canton, Illinois, and approved by the Mayor thereof
