CHESTNUT STREET FROM A B-2 ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO A B-3 ZONING CLASSIFICATION.
(1sT READING) ORDINANCE#4206
This item was presented to the planning and zoning commission with no concerns. Attorney
Jump asked if the reason for the re-zoning is for a special use that is allowed under a B-3 zoning
classification for a single family on the second story. Andrew Johnson explained that when his
daughter is no longer living at home, they would like to be able to downsize and would like to
have the option to be able to move to the upstairs as a small apartment. The other properties in
the neighborhood have similar uses.
