the City of Canton, Illinois, by referenda, the following
proposition:
Shall all elections in the City of Canton for City
officers be conducted on a non-partisan basis without
political party designation?
BE I T FLJR'il-ER RE90LVED t h a t t he C i t y C I e r k s h a l l f i l e a
certified copy of this resolution with the Fulton County Clerk
immediately after its adoption and approval.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately
upon its passage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois this 1st day of Maw 1990 upon a
roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen Chapman, May, Bohler, Meade, Sarff, Steck,
Zzlly, Kovachevich.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: None.
