WAB[tEAS, on July 18, 1989, the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois passed the Annual Appropriation Ordinance of the City of Canton, Illinois for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1989 and ending April 30, 1990 in the amount of $7,572,303.05, which ordinance was approved by the Mayor, the City of Canton on July 18, 1989 and which ordinance was, published in pamphlet form and posted at the City Building, 210 East Chestnut Street, Canton, Illinois. NOU1, T'HEREFORS, BE IT ~2DAINED BY THE CITY QOUNCIL OF THB CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois, as follows: SECTION 1: That the total amount of appropriations for all corporate purposes legally made to be collected from the tax levy of the current fiscal year is hereby ascertained to be the sum of $1,159,257.05.
