A RESOLIITION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONEY FROM THE GENERAL
FOND TO 'THE CIVIL DEFENSE FUND OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County,
Illinois has determined that it is necessary to transfer money
from the General Fund to the Civil Defense Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) be,
and the same hereby is, transferred from the General Fund of the
City of Canton, Illinois to the Civil Defense Fund of said City,
such a transfer being a transfer from such fund to the Civil
Defense Fund of said City.
2. That the City Treasurer and the City Clerk of the City
of Canton, Illinois, be and they hereby are, authorized and
directed to make the foregoing transfer.
3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Fulton County, Illinois and approval by the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois this 21st day of April, 1993, upon a roll call
vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen. Molleck, Coay, Sarff, Steck, Bohler, Chapman, May.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: ~~ Meade.
