RESOLUTION NO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THI CITY OF CANTON, FULTON COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That there be issued four (4) Tax Antieioation Warrants
by the City of Canton and a:-ainst the taxes heretofore levied for the fiscal
year of said city commencing on the first day of May, A. D. 1938 andending
on the first day of May, A. D. 1939; that said warrants be numbered from number
eight (8) to number eleven (11), inclusive and shallbe payable serially; that
said Warrant Number Eight (8) shall be in the ;principal sum of one thousand
dollars ($1,000.00); that the balance of said warrants shall be the principal
sum of five hundred dollars (,500.00); that all of said warrants shall bear
interest at the rate of percent per annum; that the Mayor, City
Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
warrants; said warrants shall be payable to the order of the bearer or to the
order of such person or persons as may be the purchaser thereof.
Section 2. That the oroceeds t'r3 the sale of said warrants shall
be used exclusively for Cemetery purposes. ,L�

year of said city commencing on the first day of May, A. D. 1938 and ending
on the first day of May, A. D. 1939; that said warrants be numbered from number
eight (8) to number eleven (11), inclusive and shall be payable serially; that
said Warrant Number Eight (8) shall be in the principal sum of one thousand
dollars ($1,000.00); that the balance of said warrants shall be the principal
sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00); that all of said warrants shall bear
interest at the rate of percent per ann4; that the Mayor, City
Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
warrants; said warrants shall be payable to the order of the bearer or to the
