RESOLUTION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS :
That to partly meet the coat of the local improvement of Bast
Elm Street and Linn Streetadjudged against the City of Canton as
and for "public benefit" there be paid thereon out of the "Public
Benefit Fund" the following sums : East lm Street the sum of
#3 Dollars ; Linn Street the sum of ) Jlr0, dollars, tie w'
to be paid from the Motor Fuel Fund as funds are available.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 6th. DAY
OF DECEMBER, 1938.
