OF CANTOR, ILLINOIS, that the Mayor of said City be, and he is beret"
authorised and directed to execute on behalf of the said City the lease
attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, leasing the premises
to Orval Kuhn under the conditions and terms therein set forth.

RESOLUTION NO. 149 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That the following Specifications for the oiling
of certain arterial streets in the said City of Canton, Illinois, be
and the same are hereby approved:
Twenty Thousand (20,000) gallons of Bituminous
material SC-2 or SC-3 furnished and applied on
various arterial streets in the City of Canton,
Illinois, at the rate of 0.3 to 0.5 gallons per
square yard as directed, all in conformance with
the "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge
Construction" prepared by the Department of Public
Works and Buildings, Division of Highways, State
df Illinois, adopted July 1, 1942, and subsequent
revisions thereto, or to the various standard
Specifications of said Department for bituminous
surfaces.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor
this 6th day of Ipril A. D. 1949.
