Manock, City Clerk Diana Pavley-Rock, Logan Walters, Greg Garrett
MAIN STREET LOUNGE REQUEST FOR A CLASS A(TAVERN) LIQUOR LICENSE
Motion and second were made by Mayor McDowell/Commissioner Manock to go into
executive session.
The motion carried by voice vote and was unanimous.

Mayor McDowell reconvened the meeting at 2:15pm to discuss the Class A liquor license
request by Main Street Lounge.

Mayor McDowell, Commissioner Mike Freeman, Commissioner Doug Manock, City Clerk Diana
Pavley-Rock, Logan Walters, Greg Garrett
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion and second were made by Commissioner Manock/Freeman to approve the minutes
from the last liquor control commission meeting.
The motion carried by voice vote and was unanimous.
MAIN STREET LOUNGE REQUEST FOR A CLASS A(TAVERN) LIQUOR LICENSE
A request for a Class A (Tavern License) was submitted by Logan Walters for a tavern license. A
business plan was also distributed for review.
Mayor McDowell explained that Logan Walters has not purchased the building at this point.
Logan is waiting to see if he is approved the Class A tavern license before closing on the
purchase of the building. The purchase will also be pending satisfactory completion of the
appraisal. A market analysis has been completed and the purchase price should be in line with
the appraisal.
Motion and second were made by Commissioner Manock/Freeman to approve the Class A
liquor license.
The motion carried by voice vote and was unanimous.
Discussion:
Greg Garrett asked if they should be prepared to attend the Council meeting on September 5,
2017. The business plan will be distributed to the council members in the council packet for
their review.
