NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BYTFIE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, FULTON COUNTY, ILLINOIS, that the area described in Exhibit A(Legal Description) and Exhibit B (Boundary Map) attached to and made a part hereof is hereby designated as the City of Canton Tax Increment Financing District 3 Redevelopment Project Area ("Canton TIP District 3") pursuant to Section 11-74.4-4 (65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-4) of the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith arc hereby repealed. This Ordinance shall be in hill force and effect from and after its passage and approval as provided by law.
