Minutes of the previous meeting were read EAnd approved as read.
Petition requesting vacating; alley running east and west from N. 10th .ive. south
of Ea.�3 t Lawda.11e Sub-l,ivis ion, was submitted. It was moved by ,lderman J_-nidngs, sec-
onded by -lderman Smith, an Ordinance be drafted tovacate this alley, and the motion
carried by a viv,i voce vote.
The officers monthly renorts were submitted and ordered plr'ced on file.
John L. Mixrphy submitted his regisnation as a member of the Fire i'olice commi.^sion
due to laving the City .
Aesolution transferring .$5000.00 from the ? rkir4,, Meter Fund to the Road �4 Bridge
