Roll call showed the following present: Alderman Sebree, Duncan, Moore, Lundry, Miller, Smith, finder, Skinner, T ink, Coleman, C oolc, Staley, Klobuchar and Puskarich. Absent: None. S.- - - - - - - - 598.57 The following monthly officer's reports w er submitted: Fire Dept; Police Dept; Water & Sewer Dept; Plumbing inspector; City Engineer; Bldg. Comm; Street Supt; Sewage Treatment Plant; Water treatment plant; On motion of Alderman i"bore, seconded by Alderman Duncan, the reports were accepted and ordered filed. ((11 I 8 t Request of Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, that the council approve the sum of $521.00 for additional work in replacing damaged conduit at the water treatment plant, was on motion of Alderman Moore, seconded by Alderman Lundry, granted by the following vote: AYE: Alderman Sebree, Duncan, Moore, Lundry, "'filler, Smith, Linder, Skinner, Tink, Coleman, Cook, Staley, Klobuchar and f'uskarich. NAY: None. Upon advise of the City Attorney that the City could legally pay the attorney fees of two policemen, who required outside legal help in a recent hearing, it was moved by Alderman Duncan, seconded by Alderman killer, to allow claims submitted by Robert Harding and Richard Smith, in the sum of $75.00 each. Roll call vote: AYE: Alderman Sebree, Duncan, Moore, Lundry, i4iller, Smith, Linder, Tink, Qoleman, Cook, Staley, Klobuchar and Puskarich. NAY: Alderman SXt Skinner. The chair declared the motion carried. On motion of Alderman Staley, seconded by Alderman Smith, the Ordinance committee were instructed to have prepared an Ordinance, placing the fee of $1.40 of each fine into the General r'und, and the motion carried by unanimous roll call vote.
